Lotus Pose

Use this peaceful pose to draw in what you desire, meditate on your goals, and relax into your thoughts.

It is done by sitting on the floor with each of your feet resting on top of the opposite knee with the arms outstretched and hands resting lightly on the knees.

Your body will thank you by becoming more calm, lowering your blood pressure, and grounding itself to help you invite in what you’ve been seeking.

Legs-On-The-Wall Pose

If there’s a great way to steer those sperm towards your fallopian tubes, this is the best one we know of.

Not only is it a wonderful relaxer for your spine and hips, but the legs-on-the-wall pose utilizes gravity to help sperm towards their goal.

Feel free to stay in this position for as long as it is comfortable to do so and reap the benefit of clearing your mind while you stretch and straighten your spine.

Supported Bridge Pose

By raising your body into a bridge formation, you allow for your pelvic region to open and expand – allowing your blood flow to be increased and stimulation to occur to the lower parts of your body.

Cobra Pose

Probably one of the best known yoga poses, cobra pose not only opens your lungs and chest area, it also increases blood flow into your pelvic and reproductive organs.

To do the pose lay flat on the ground on your stomach with your hands palm down on the floor below your shoulders and your feet top down on the floor.

Breathing deep and then exhaling slowly lift the top of your body and arch your back and neck while pressing your feet, legs and hips downwards.

Hold this pose for 15 to 30 seconds while breathing naturally and then release the pose and return to lying flat on the floor.

While in cobra pose, focus heavily on your breathing and enjoy the stretching sensation as you exhale away your stagnant anxieties.

Wide Angle Pose

Wide angle pose opens, stretches, and reinvigorates all of your hip and leg areas, flushing new blood into your lower regions.

This pose is an invigorating way to tell your body to open up and accept that you’re ready to experience motherhood.

Butterfly Pose

In this pose, you put your feet together and then pull them in as close to your body as you can while keeping your back straight.

Then you rest your hands on your feet and breathe deeply.

Then you close your eyes and focus on your internal organs that are in the pelvic area.

Visualize the blood flowing in this area and relax the muscle there as well.

Child’s Pose

It helps to rejuvenate your body and thus can help you to relax and hopefully increase your chances of getting pregnant.

For this get down on your hands and knees and then lean forward stretching your arms and hands above your head against the floor.

Wiggle your buttocks to help loosen the muscles in your lower back. Rest your forehead against the floor.

Pelvic Tilt Pose

It has the advantage of getting the blood flowing through the pelvic region and strengthening and relaxing the muscles in this area.

To do this, lie on your back on the floor. Put your feet on the floor at your sides.

Relax your shoulders and lengthen your neck.

Then breathe in and out. On the out breath lift your pelvis and point it towards the ceiling.

Take three long slow breaths and then gradually begin lowering your spine putting one vertebrae at a time back on the floor until your backside is resting against the floor again. These are the most effective and only required yoga poses or asanas required.
